Tax Credit Extended & Expanded to More Buyers

The Federal Government announced an extension to the $8,000 first- time home buyers tax credit to include sales contracted through April 30th of 2010, or June 30th for closings. PLUS, under the new Move-Up clause, home buyers who’ve owned a home for five consecutive years in the last eight can receive up to a $6,500 tax credit on their new home purchase!
