We are seeking sales professionals who require well into six figure income earning potential to staff our new facility currently under construction. This candidate will enjoy state of the art facilities, cutting edge selling tools and technologies, and a model home park well advanced of competitors.
Seeking Individuals With:
- 2 years sales experience, direct home sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Advanced selling skills & experience in managing a multifaceted process.
- Excellent networking, follow-up, phone, and client and prospect management skills.
- An income, goal oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills, problem solving skills and sales closing skills.

We are a build-on-your-lot Custom Builder with an exciting opportunity for an energetic and accomplished sales representative.
Seeking Individuals With:
- A minimum of 2 years sales experience - direct home sales experience is a plus.
- Advanced selling skills & experience in managing a multi-faceted process.
- Must be able to prospect for new clients, follow up with existing ones, and have a high level of enthusiasm.
- Must possess the ability to multi-task.
- Strong organizational skills, problem solving skills and strong closing skills.
- Ability to work on your own as well as within a team.
Above all, you must have the ability to listen to potential home buyers and be able to interpret what they really want in their new home.

Loan Officer
Criterion Mortgage, Ltd. was established in 1999 with offices in Houston and San Antonio, TX. We are proud to be the only preferred lender for Design Tech Homes, one of Texas’ largest custom home builders. We have an immediate need in Houston for a bi-lingual loan officer with the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years loan origination experience
- Strong product knowledge and proven sales record
- Computer skills including loan origination software and automated underwriting technology
- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish
- Construction/Permanent lending experience preferred
