2. Can I use my own plans?

Answer: Yes. Design Tech Homes is a true “custom” homebuilder. We are happy to price your own plans or help you develop your ideas to make your vision a reality. Please contact us for a “free” one-hour Design Consultation in person or via telephone. However, DTH can also modify any of our in-house floorplans to suit your needs.

3. How much does a Design Tech Home cost?

Answer: Because we are a true “custom” homebuilder, the cost depends on your unique floorplan design and feature specifications. However, DTH offers a “free” one-hour Design Consultation that will enable us to provide you with an estimated cost to build your custom design. If you choose to build one of our in-house floorplans, our prices begin around $69 per square foot at our “Classic” specifications. 4. How can I obtain information on choosing the best home site? And what are some of the lot related costs?

Answer: Design Tech Homes offers a "free" Homesite Evaluation service. Utilizing assistance from our knowledgeable Site Managers, we will assess your lot to determine the best fit for the home’s location and provide additional pre-construction support. Read more.

Answer: Design Tech Homes are built to meet and exceed industry standards. Every single home is ENERGY STAR® certified for comfort and energy savings. The most hailed energy efficiency program in the nation, ENERGY STAR is a voluntary national program developed by the U.S. Department of Energy.
