We both love our new home. If we had it all to do over I don't think we would change a thing. Our construction manager and draw specialist were very profesional and did a great job taking care of business. After a few final polish ups, everything was great. Thanks again!

The workmanship that we received was superior with inspections after the completion of each phase which we liked very much. We selected DTH because of the price, the model, the modifications made without additional cost to us, and the fact that DTH paid interest on our construction loan. We lost our house and everything we owned in a fire. It was a terrifying experience. We loved our 15 acre property and wanted to rebuild on the same spot. A couple of weeks after the fire my wife and I started looking for builders. Everyone at Design Tech was very concerned about us and wanted to help. The office took up a collection to help us on our way (at the time we were wearing borrowed clothes). I felt that Design Tech's concern was genuine and they were not just trying to make a sale. The floorplan we found felt like home to us from the moment we saw it. Our entire experience with Design tech has been a pleasant one. Our insurance company imposed som hard deadlines for us and Design Tech met them all. I can't think of one thing I would change about the experience.
