We just survived Hurricane Ike. What an awesome home you and your team had built for us. The double paned windows worked marvelously during the power outage which lasted 4 1/2 days in our neighborhood. We had prayed for six months that God would show us the right home, and we are so blessed to have been shown this home.

We heard a lot of things about Design Tech Homes, including our neighbor who also built a Design Tech home. Now the back porch is our favorite spot in our home. That where you'll find us spending most of our evenings.

We love all areas of our new house, specially the large family room and the great view from our porch. We were impressed with owner Mike Feigin's Homebuyer Seminar presentation and specially the fact that the home is an Energy Star Certified Home.

Not only were our expectations met with a beautifully designed home, but I am especially pleased with the turnaround time. From start to finish it actually took less time to build our custom home than it did to remodel several rooms in our other house. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give Design tech Homes a big 10!

Two things top our list of what we like best about our new Design Tech home. First and best, is the island in the kitchen. Everyone who visits our home has the same reaction when they enter the kitchen... "wow I love this kitchen!" Second, the front porch is great. It is like another living room!

We both love our new home. If we had it all to do over I don't think we would change a thing. Our construction manager and draw specialist were very profesional and did a great job taking care of business. After a few final polish ups, everything was great. Thanks again!

Design Tech built our home. When we engaged them seven years ago, they were only beginning to build their showroom on North 281 (in San Antonio), and their office was a construction trailer. Having built a custom home before, we felt like they knew what they were talking about, and we were right. Here we are, seven years later, and we are still delighted with our home. The home itself, the quality of the construction, the design, everything was just terrific. They know what they are doing.

We lost our house and everything we owned in a fire. It was a terrifying experience. We loved our 15 acre property and wanted to rebuild on the same spot. A couple of weeks after the fire my wife and I started looking for builders. Everyone at Design Tech was very concerned about us and wanted to help. The office took up a collection to help us on our way (at the time we were wearing borrowed clothes). I felt that Design Tech's concern was genuine and they were not just trying to make a sale. The floorplan we found felt like home to us from the moment we saw it. Our entire experience with Design tech has been a pleasant one. Our insurance company imposed som hard deadlines for us and Design Tech met them all. I can't think of one thing I would change about the experience.

I would like to say how wonderful Design Tech has been to our family. The whole process is focused on customer service from the sales dept, to closing, and then to the builder. Pete and I have never built a home before so we were very nervous when we started this process... and I must say I would refer DTH over and over. Pete and I could not have asked for a better builder. DTH could not have chosen better employees! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!

Our next door neighbors built a Design Tech Homes so it was an easy decision for us. We were very pleased with the results and enjoyed working with our sales consultant and construction managers along the way.

The workmanship that we received was superior with inspections after the completion of each phase which we liked very much. We selected DTH because of the price, the model, the modifications made without additional cost to us, and the fact that DTH paid interest on our construction loan.
