Yes. Design Tech Homes is a true custom home builder. If you are looking to build a house in Houston, San Antonio, or another area we service and have an existing floor plan, we are happy to price your own plans or help you develop your ideas to make your vision a reality.

Design Tech Homes offers Homesite Evaluation services. Utilizing assistance from our knowledgeable site managers, we will assess your lot to determine the best fit for the home’s location and provide additional pre-construction support.
