Design Tech Homes is proud to announce that its showcase home in The Estates of Texas Grand Ranch has been recognized with two prestigious honors in the 2026 Texas Institute of Building Design (TIBD) Design Competition. The home earned First Place in the Built & Photographed Residential 4,001 Square Feet and Over category and received the W.R. Coleman Award for Best in Show, one of the competition’s highest honors.
These awards celebrate more than a beautifully designed home—they reflect nearly 30 years of Design Tech Homes’ commitment to thoughtful custom home design, quality craftsmanship, and a collaborative approach that puts homeowners at the center of every project.
